Each month, a host chef prepares a nutritious breakfast for the entire student body at one of the Chefs for Kids Title I schools, feeding more than 10,000 students a healthy meal each year. The four-course menu offered on Novemfrom 11:30 am to 9:00 pm will feature all the holiday classics with tantalising modern twists on Thanksgiving. Since its inception more than 30 years ago, Chefs for Kids has provided Clark County Title I schools with programs that have fed and taught more than 200,000 children about healthy food options. Led by Executive Chef Michael Goodman, his culinary team, and a group of volunteers from across the Hotel, the initiative will provide more than 400 students and staff from Reynaldo Martinez Elementary School with a healthy breakfast to start their day.
